Party Wall Services – Clear, Professional, and Affordable

If you’re planning building works that fall under the Party Wall Act 1996, it’s important to be aware of your responsibilities. In most cases, the building owner undertaking the works is responsible for covering the costs of their neighbour’s surveyor, even if the neighbour chooses to appoint one independently.

Should you already be aware of your neighbour’s intention to appoint a surveyor, please contact us to discuss your current situation. We are here to guide you through the process, offering expert advice and assistance to both you and your neighbour. As agreed surveyors, we can help produce a Party Wall Award (agreement) at a fixed price, starting from just £650 with no VAT. All initial advice is provided free of charge.

Our Services

    •    Party Wall Notice – from £50

We can serve Party Wall Notices on your behalf, starting the process and ensuring all parties are protected under the Party Wall Act 1996. This fee includes land registry searches to ensure notices are served correctly and without delay.

    •    Schedule of Condition – from £350

A Schedule of Condition records the current state of an adjoining property before work begins. This is often requested when an adjoining owner consents to the works but prefers additional protection. It safeguards both the building owner and the adjoining owner in the event of any damage or claims.

    •    Party Wall Award – from £650

Our fixed-price fee includes:
    •    Attending and carrying out the Schedule of Condition.
    •    Liaising with both the building owner and the adjoining owner.
    •    Preparing and finalising the Party Wall Award.
    •    Conducting a final inspection upon completion of the works.

If you’d like to get started or need advice, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us today. We’re here to help make the process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free.
