Initial enquiry and advice always free.
We will be happy to review your project and let you know if the proposed work is covered by the Party Wall Act. We are able to offer low, fixed fees for Standard domestic projects.* Although, we will always provide a written Fee Quotation for each project. We no not charge vat and there are no hidden extras.
Party Wall Notice: £70
Land Registry Search Fees to verify neighbours identity & address. Providing an explanatory letter. Form of Consent and providing follow up 'Ten Day Notices' if the neighbour fails to respond
Schedule of Condition: £350
Recording the pre existing condition of the adjoining property, an on-site survey and schedule of condition served to both parties
Agreed Surveyor: £850
Acting as Party Wall Surveyor on behalf of two parties. Review of drawings and plans. On-site inspection; land registry searches, notices, schedule of condition and party wall award.
In some cases the Agreed Surveyor fee can be reduced for very minor works.
No VAT &
No hidden extras
*Standard domestic projects would include: side extensions, rear extensions and loft conversions. All fixed fees assume one Adjoining Owner only. This does not include basements and underpinning works which require a tailored quotation.
Fixed prices relate to fixed projects. if design changes are made during the works that require additional work by the surveyor this will be charged at our hourly rate.
All works will be given a written quotation.
